    Responsibilities

    Responsible for implementing the marketing strategies, coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns; Overseeing, coordinating, and participating in the development of marketing strategies and products; Directing and implementing the advertising and promotional activities; Identifying new market segments that will benefit from the company’s products; Creating the programs and collateral to market and sell the products effectively; Developing results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base; Evaluating demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets; Conducting research, analyzing competition and potential customers, providing insights about products development and pricing strategy, and collaborating with General Manager to develop growth plans for the organization; training regional sales managers.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or international trade of telecom/wireless networks solutions/products. The position requires proven ability to develop long-standing business partnerships and excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the direct customers-facing sales activities such as presenting products, telephone and in-person meetings with prospective customers, and serving as the key point of contact; Developing positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market; Creating and managing programs to generate demand for the products; Managing the orders processing, client services and relationship management; Preparing effective advertising campaigns based on market research; Maintaining knowledge on emerging products and services; Communicating details with product line offering and strategy, utilizing internal or external resources (e.g. technical, advertising and marketing) to provide value added services to key accounts; Monitoring competitors’ activity with each account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.

    Responsibilities

    Executing the product strategy, pricing and positioning strategies; Developing the product roadmap, and leading the development process, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of a product line; Reviewing the regional R&D reports and defining the products vision with the R&D and General Manager; Providing the product vision and leadership for the other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing and selling the products; Planning and carrying out product launches, managing product profitability and commercial success; Managing all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues; Providing product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinating with the engineers in our China factory on the related research and development projects for new products/solutions; Gathering and analyzing the clients’ new requirements; Redesigning the existing products as needed to meet the customers’ requirements; Meeting with the management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas; Performing research and testing on new product concepts; Providing proposals for product upgrades, changes, innovations, and new product development; Designing and testing the product prototypes through the use of CAD and rapid prototyping; Developing and executing test methods to characterize new products.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of work experience in relevant product development and manufacturing quality/process management, including product data management for multilevel BOM in NetSuite, FEA and thermal analysis, design methodologies and processes for injection moulding, sheet metal, and machined part design. Familiar with CAD and SolidWorks.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for purchasing process and supply chain management; assisting the Operations Manager in planning and implementing the procurement of assigned materials, parts, components, and equipment; handling the inventory checks, preparing and issuing purchase orders; coordinating the sourcing and procurement activities with domestic and overseas suppliers; negotiating with suppliers to expedite commodity deliveries; preparing and reviewing the bids and proposals for compliance, price and acceptability of items to specifications; measuring supplier performance and providing reports to Operations management to ensure continuous improvement of processes.

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    Assisting the Operations Manager in inventory and warehouse management, expediting the receiving and shipping, ensuring efficient and organized storage, tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the process effectiveness; verifying incoming and outgoing orders and shipments; maintaining inventory in appropriate/designated areas in warehouse; implementing the company safety policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Associate degree and 2 years of related work experience such as warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery. Strong communication skills, able to work in a dynamic environment, time management and multi-tasking skills. Forklift experience is a plus.
