In May, a company from the Philippines that produces innovative products and solutions for Data Centers, Electrical, and Mechanical facilities contacted us. They required high-quality copper lugs for their ongoing electrical project, which aimed to securely connect a series of cabinets within the new data center.

The customer faced the challenges in meeting the requirements of their ongoing cabinet projects and adapting the sizes of their products. While ensuring product quality, they also required a rapid supply.

- All of our lugs are UL-listed, ensuring safe, stable, and reliable connections for cabinet applications. The stamping mold was upgraded to enhance precision and durability, ensuring consistent performance across all installations.
- Each lug is equipped with color-coded labels, enabling easy identification and management. This feature significantly improves workflow efficiency and reduces the risk of errors during assembly.
- Since the customer did not specify the tang width or barrel length in their initial inquiry, we proactively provided two different options to ensure a perfect fit for their application.
- After reviewing our proposed solutions, the customer was highly satisfied and felt the options fully met their requirements. They placed the order promptly and later provided very positive feedback about the product quality.
Result
The lugs were delivered on time and integrated seamlessly into the customer’s cabinet systems, keeping their project on schedule.
